Privacy and control for transport data.

This page summarizes how OnAxle thinks about business data on the marketing site and inside the product: collect what is needed, keep access scoped, and preserve clear operational control.

01

Information we may handle

The information needed to evaluate, support, and run OnAxle.

Demo and contact details

Name, company, phone, email, and operational context shared when requesting a demo or speaking with the team.

Product data

Trips, invoices, receipts, documents, vehicles, users, roles, and accounting data required to operate the system.

Support and usage signals

Basic diagnostic and usage information used to support customers, improve reliability, and understand product adoption.

02

How OnAxle protects operational control

Privacy is also about who can see and act on business information.

Organization separation

Business data is scoped by tenant and organization so branches and companies do not bleed into each other.

Role-based access

Users receive the permissions needed for their work, including scoped views for field, operations, finance, and admin roles.

Commercial-data care

Rates, margins, settlements, and finance views should be visible only to the people trusted with that information.

Traceable workflows

Approvals, posting previews, reversals, document renewals, and corrections are designed to leave a clear trail.

03

AI and documents

Document intake is source-backed and reviewable.

AI-assisted document workflows are intended to reduce re-typing, not remove control. Source documents stay attached, extracted fields are reviewed, and records move forward only after confirmation by an authorized user.

01

Who This Policy Covers

OnAxle provides transport, fleet, workshop, document, finance, and accounting workflow software for logistics operators. This policy applies when you visit the OnAxle website, request a demo, contact us, or use OnAxle as a customer, user, driver, fleet manager, operations user, workshop user, finance user, owner, vendor contact, or other business contact.

For business records entered into OnAxle by a customer organization, that customer decides what data is added, who may use it, and how long it should remain in the product, subject to the customer agreement and applicable law.

02

Personal Data We Collect

Website and demo data may include your name, company, role, email address, phone number, message content, and the context needed to respond to your inquiry.

Product and account data may include user profile details, login identifiers, role and branch access, authentication and security logs, support messages, audit events, and settings chosen by your organization.

Operational data may include driver, vehicle, customer, vendor, trip, document, proof-of-delivery, workshop, invoice, receipt, ledger, report, and communication details that a customer organization chooses to store or process in OnAxle.

Technical data may include IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, error logs, diagnostics, and security events needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

03

How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver demos, provide and administer OnAxle, authenticate users, enforce access controls, process documents and workflow records, generate reports, provide support, secure the service, improve reliability, and meet legal, accounting, tax, audit, and compliance obligations.

Where the law requires consent, we use personal data for the purposes explained at the point of collection or in this policy. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, but withdrawal may limit our ability to provide requested services.

04

Cookies And Tracking

The public marketing site is currently built as a static site and does not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking pixels.

The OnAxle product may use essential authentication, security, session, and preference storage needed to keep the service working and protect customer data.

05

How We Share Personal Data

We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with authorized users and administrators inside the relevant customer organization, with service providers who help us host, secure, support, communicate, store, back up, or process product data, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

If a customer enables document processing, AI extraction, email, storage, or other integrations, data may be processed by the relevant service providers only for the purpose of delivering that OnAxle functionality.

06

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, for the period required by a customer agreement, or for legal, tax, accounting, security, audit, dispute-resolution, and backup requirements.

Customer organizations can request deletion or export of customer-controlled product data according to their agreement and applicable law. Some records may need to be retained where deletion would conflict with legal, accounting, audit, or security obligations.

07

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication controls, environment separation, encryption or equivalent protections where appropriate, backups, monitoring, logging, and review of security events.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach that requires notice, we will take steps to notify affected parties and regulators as required by applicable law.

08

International Processing

OnAxle and its service providers may process or store personal data in India and other countries where infrastructure, support, security, or processing providers operate. Where cross-border processing is used, we take steps intended to keep the processing tied to the purposes described in this policy and subject to applicable legal requirements.

09

Children

OnAxle is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the public website. If you believe a child has provided personal data to OnAxle, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10

Your Rights And Choices

Depending on where you are and how the data is processed, you may have rights to access information about your personal data, correct or update it, request erasure, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, or nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To make a request, contact us at gurpreet@elevatixlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity and the relevant customer organization before acting on a request, and some requests may be limited by contract, law, security, accounting, audit, or operational requirements.

11
